Customer Reviews

I purchased four of the True Depth and have been pleased with the overall performance. They are
clearly an option for those looking to get around the much more expensive Panasonic glasses.
However, and this should be of note to anyone who uses these reviews as much as I do, the glasses
came with an offer for replacement batteries if the purchaser wrote a positive Amazon review.
Is this wrong, if the product is good, which it is? I suppose not, but the whole notion of rewarded
positive reviews did put a bad taste in my mouth.
Take it for what it's worth.

I wanted to try something other than the Panasonic glasses and hopefully save some money. I have two pair of the first Panasonic glasses that are frail and awkward. Out of the starter pack I bought one pair was DOA, I've been waiting 3 or 4 weeks for Warranty repair. I bought one pair of the latest Pan glasses and they are much better than the first, but expensive $99 each.
I ordered the True Depth For Panasonic TC-p42st30 and they work great. The lenses are a shade lighter than the Pans which is a good thing, the Pans can be a bit dark for my taste. I've tried them on two Panasonic TVs on several different sources ( Sat Channels and DVDs) and like them better than the Pans. The wrap around portion of the glasses may be a bit smaller than the Pans but the glasses stay put on your head with no fatigue. I'd bet they would work good on smaller heads, too (kids, etc). If I need more glasses, these are the ones I'll purchase. I might still have time to return my Starter pack if Panasonic would return the glasses from repair. Oh, shipping was very fast and they were well packaged.
